Picture
S76 Fuel Sump Drain Jar
P/N S76SUMP
$60.00

This sump jar is designed to drain the sump without having fuel blow out under high wind conditions.
We often had high winds in the Gulf of Mexico. I designed this drain to leave very little space between the jar and the belly of the a/c. It is a 16 ounce jar to collect a large sample without letting the wind blow the fuel around before collection.

S76 Banjo Fitting & Sump Wrench
P/N S76BSW
$105.00

This is a 4 in 1 wrench. It can be used on the C30 to tighten or loosen the banjo fitting on the engine gearbox or you can use it on the sump plug on the fuel tank. It has a 3/8' square drive for ratchets or torque wrenches. You can flip it over and insert the pins into the fuel tank sump drain and use it to remove the sump valve. Can also be used to remove the relief valves on a set of Apical floats on a Bell 206L. Anywhere you need a 1 3/8" socket, you should be able to use this.

ASB76-66-52 7/16" Socket For Tailrotor Driveshaft
P/N ASB76-66-52
$70.00

This socket is required to comply with with the torque check of the flange bolts on the tailrotor driveshafts. It is a real tight area to get into. Some have suggested to try a torque adapter but there isn't enough clearance. We have also tried a 7/16 wobble socket and that bombed out too. This is the locally fabricated work aid that the manufacturer recommends.

S76A Main Drive Shaft Wrench
P/N S76DSWR
$105.00 2pc set

Consists of 2 wrenches, one for the front coupling and another for the aft coupling. Does not include ratchet, extension or socket.

Makes driveshaft R&R quick and easy and avoids spilling blood all over the transmission deck.

On the A model one fits the left hand forward and the right hand aft. The other fits the left hand aft and right hand forward. On the C model they fit on the forward couplings only, as the Turbomeca couplings are different from the Rolls Royce PTO.

Picture
S76 Tail-rotor Pitch Change Bearing R&R Work Aid
P/N S76TRPC
$165.00

Saves time and slowly presses the bearing in or out. You don't need a hydraulic or arbor press. You don't beat it in/out with a hammer. The risk of damaging a part when using a hammer is so great it's a no-brainer. The cost of one damaged T/R link, M/R link or damper is many times more expensive than a complete set of the work aids found on this page.

Picture

Not to mention the extensions that get deformed when you beat on them with a hammer while driving them in/out. Seals and bearings aren't damaged and the part getting the seal/bearing doesn't get damaged.

P/N S76DAMP
